At Dirt Church, we believe good things are worth the wait—but we also know you want your jerky before your next adventure.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We'll always work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your jerky's journey.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dirt Church is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items, and we'll work with you to make it right.
