Because our beef jerky is a food product, availability may change without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, or product offerings at any time without notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or website errors
Suspected fraud
Incorrect billing or shipping information

If your payment has already been processed, any canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dirt Church is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns on food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

7. Food Information

Our beef jerky is produced in a licensed facility following applicable food safety standards.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming our products. Individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review product labels before consumption.
